How do I purchase products?
- You can purchase goods via our website by adding it to cart and make your payment online by using credit/ debit card, EzCash, MCash & Sampath Vishwa.
- You can request the goods via WhatsApp and make your payment through online banking.
Can I visit your store and make my purchases?
Sorry. This is not a shop. We are a company which provides online service. We do not have a retail shop where customers can visit. We take online orders ONLY!
Can I pay cash upon delivery?
No. We do not accept cash on delivery orders.
Quality
What is the guarantee that we have about the quality of your products?
Our quality control squad makes sure that all the goods received by our customers are up to its standards. We do not sell any reuse items or items purchased from shoppers/ temples etc..
Do you sell ready packing Atapirikara?
No. Our team itself prepares the Atapirikara with courtesy upon receiving the order.
Local Delivery
How long does it take to deliver your products?
Western & Southern provinces within 2-5 working days, but other provinces will take 3-7 working days.
How long before should I place my order?
Orders placed before 2.30PM will be delivered within 1-3 working days (Colombo & Suburbs Only).
Do you do same day delivery?
Yes, we can arrange the delivery via Pickme or Uber. There will be an additional delivery cost based on your location.
What are the local delivery types available?
- via SOL – There will be a minimum of LKR 750/- to deliver your order. Online, Bank transfer and cash on delivery options are available. Kelaniya, Kiribathgoda, Kadawatha & Colombo ONLY!
- via Other 3rd Parties – Delivery charges may vary (depend on the weight). Island wide delivery available.
- via Pickme/ Uber – Delivery charges may vary depend on your location. Online and bank transfer option is available for this delivery method. Based on service locations.
- Local Pickup – You can collect the order from Atapirikara.lk pickup locations at no extra cost. Online, bank transfer and cash on pickup options are available.
Can I pay delivery charges from my end?
Yes, you can pay your delivery charges upon receiving the order.
How do I track my order?
Track orders by sending us your delivery tracking number via WhatsApp.
International Shipping
How long does it take to deliver your products?
15-20 working days via air freight and up to 120 days via sea freight.

Returning a Product
How to Return Product(s)?
- Call +94 11 348 2929 or WhatsApp +94 75 334 4001 to create your return request
- Fill in the return form you received with your order
- Pack your parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you
- Attach the return label that you received with your order to the top of the parcel (ensure that delivery label is covered)
- Bring or send it to our customer care office
How do I know if my product is eligible for a refund and/or replacement?
Eligible products will receive the return form with the order. Please check our returns policy page or simply visit the returns policy tab on the product page of your purchased item for more information on refund and/or replacement eligibility.
How long do I have to initiate my request for a refund or replacement?

Can I return my items after the return window has expired?
Sorry, returns are not possible after the 2 days return period. You can reach our team for further questions by calling our customer support at 0094 75 334 4001 or sending an e-mail to orders@atapirikara.lk.
How do I pack my return parcel to make sure it arrives in adequate condition?
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Atapirikara.lk packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers’ box. Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
How can I track my return?
If you requested a pick up, we will send you a tracking number by SMS after the pickup has been arranged. You can then follow your refund or replacement by calling us on +94 75 334 4001 or by emailing us to orders@atapirikara.lk.
Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?
Yes. There is a delivery charge based on the distance.
How long does it take to receive my replacement?
It will take between 10 and 21 days to send you the replacement product, depending on your location.
How will I get my refund and how long will it take?
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (7-14 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (3-5 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

Do I also get refunded the shipping charge when returning a product?
No, the refunded amount would not include the shipping amount you were charged.
